At Feed Me we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information we collect about you is used to provide you with the best possible products and services.
The Feed Me web site takes every precaution possible to protect your personally identifiable information. This includes the use of Firewalls and when purchasing from Feed Me your financial details are passed through a secure server using the industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
We may collect personal information about you when you deal with us over the telephone, when you visit our web site, or when you have contact with us in person (including agents or contractors such as delivery drivers). At no time does Feed Me collect any information from our customers other than that information that our customers voluntarily give to us.
When you purchase products we may need to collect some or all of the following details:
- Full name and address
- Contact number/s
- Delivery instructions
- Payment details such as credit card information
- Email address
- Date of birth
Aside from using this information to fulfill your purchase request, we may also use it to occasionally notify you about new products, promotions, and relevant information which we think you will find valuable. These will be emailed to you. From time to time we may also request information via surveys for your feedback. Your participation in any of these is optional. The information is collected in order to continually improve the services we offer you.
We may disclose relevant personal information to third parties when necessary. For example, your delivery details will be shared with our contracted delivery drivers. Other than for the above, we will not disclose or share your personally identifiable information to any third parties for any purpose without your consent, unless required by law.
If you no longer wish to receive any of the communications we send to our customers such as newsletters, product information, and specials, simply call or email us.
When you click something on our website, you give us the address of your computer (the IP address) so our website can deliver the new page to you. We do log which pages are displayed to which IP addresses so we can tell what pages on our site are used as part of a visit, and so we can troubleshoot problems. There is no personal identifiable information collected in our log files. We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals while you are merely viewing our website.
If you place an order online using a credit card, we specifically record your IP address with the use of the credit card as part of our fraud prevention measures. You may request access to, or update the personal information we hold about you at any time by calling or emailing us.

ORDER CUT OFF DEADLINES
All orders must be submitted through www.FeedMeAK.com by 11:59pm Thursday for a Sunday delivery/pick up. If the order is received after the cut off times, it will automatically be placed onto the next delivery/ pick up day as above.
Any changes to an order must be submitted within 24 hours of the order placement. If you need to change your delivery instructions, you can do so by calling or emailing us. This must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery.
At Feed Me we understand that everyone’s tastes are different. That is why our menu offers so many permanent and seasonal options. We complete regular reviews and surveys with our customers to gain valuable feedback.
Whilst the majority of our customers love our food, if you are in the position where you do not enjoy our meals we would greatly appreciate your feedback. However, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for this.
Feed Me is a pay as you go process, if you find you do not enjoy your meal prep, you are not locked in.
Feed Me is not responsible for loss and/ or damages to your meal prep if left unattended once delivery process is complete. We do not provide refunds for non-deliveries or damaged goods. Refunds are not available to situations where the customer has failed to pick up completed orders, or provide a viable delivery address.

By placing an order for any goods on our website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Customers must posses a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Feed Me retains the right to refuse any order.
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing current, accurate information. You are to be an authorized user of the credit or debit card. Should there be insufficient funds to cover the costs, your order will not be processed.
Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM Thursday for Sunday pickup or delivery.
Feed Me retains the right to cease production over holiday periods. We will advise dates affected as they draw closer.

Discount/ promotional codes may apply from time to time.
All conditions relating to any discount codes will be specified at the time of issue.
Feed Me is a pay as you go process. Requests for cancellation must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order payment is processed, you will no longer be able to cancel the order. Please see “CHANGES” section for updates to a submitted order.
