"Who doesn't love pre made homemade food? ... Just choose between 10, 14 or 21 meals and then women's weight loss or muscle gain, or men's weight loss or muscle gain and then choose your package- bronze, silver, gold, green or low carb. There are tons of options varying in prices. You can choose pick up or delivery (we've done pick up both times).
Basically, pick the ones you want in the next day or two and refrigerate them and then freeze the rest (they don't use preservatives). The containers are good straight from freezer to microwave.
This might be a regular thing as we both work and sometimes it's hard to get good food and watch what we eat. Side note: if you recycle and bring back your food containers you can get a discount (code green). Oh and ps the food is tasty."

Whether your goal is eating better, losing weight, building muscle, or simply achieving a healthy lifestyle, our owner and chef has personal experience with all sorts of healthy eating objectives.
We have a weekly order deadline of Thursday at midnight. All orders submitted before then will be prepped on Sunday and made available for pick-up Sunday night from 5pm to 8pm. Often times we are able to get pick-up orders ready before then, so come on by early if you receive a notification email that your order is ready.
We are located at 230 E. Potter Drive, Unit 10. We're waiting on signage, so please come see us at the blue door! Please call us at (907) 312-7263 to check availability for scheduling a pick-up appointment outside of those times. Pick up times may be effected by holidays.

You have your choice of Sunday afternoon or Monday morning after 9am for Anchorage. Holidays and weather may effect these times.
JBER and valley deliveries are completed Sunday afternoon/evening. Please include specific instructions in the comments section before finalizing your order. Holidays and weather may effect these times.
Fairbanks shipments are completed through Charlie's Produce & Logistics. They typically arrive at our pick-up location in Fairbanks Thursday morning, one week after the order deadline for placement. Holidays and weather may effect specific delivery times.
We do not officially offer shipments outside of the listed areas. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss shipment options and costs. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates.
