Whether you have questions about our offerings, feedback on your experience, or general inquiries, we're here to assist you.   • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, visit our website and browse through our menu. Select the meals you want and add them to your cart. Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout and complete the payment process. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on Thursdays for Sunday delivery or pick-up.
  • Do I have to order online?
    Yes, all of our systems are automated to calculate ingredients, delivery routes, and pick-up schedules. We ask that all customers place their orders online. If that is not possible due to physical limitations, we would be happy to place an order online for you over the phone.
  • Do I have to have a subscription?
    No, but we highly recommend it. Any order can be placed as a single order or a subscription. Subscriptions can be edited and updated on a weekly basis, paused, or canceled through your customer profile.
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can make changes to your order up until the order cutoff time of 11:59 PM on Thursdays. To make changes, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the order you want to modify. Make the necessary changes and save your updated order.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, log in to your account and go to your order history. Select the order you want to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Order' button. Please note that cancellations must be made before the order cutoff time of 11:59 PM on Thursdays.
  • Are pick-ups only on Sunday?
    We ask that customers stick within the scheduled pick-up hours of 5pm-8pm Sunday. If that isn't possible (due to travel, work, etc) please email us to schedule a pick-up later in the week.
  • Do you have any other pick-up locations?
    We have our main location in Anchorage, and a pick-up spot in Fairbanks. We're currently working on getting something set up in Wasilla to serve those in Willow, Big Lake, etc who are outside our delivery area.
  • What are the delivery options available?
    We offer delivery to various locations including Anchorage, JBER, the Eagle River area, and Palmer-Wasilla. Anchorage deliveries may be selected for Sunday afternoon/evening or Monday morning. All other deliveries are completed Sunday afternoon/evening. Delivery times may vary based on volume, weather, and driver availability.
  • What is the delivery fee?
    The delivery fee varies based on your location. For deliveries within Anchorage, the fee is $5. For deliveries to Fairbanks, the fee is $10. We are working on expanding our delivery areas and will update the fees accordingly.
  • What happens if I am not home during the delivery?
    If you are not home during the delivery, our driver will leave your meals in a safe location at your address. You will receive a notification once the delivery is completed. Please ensure there is a secure place for the driver to leave your meals.
  • What should I do if my delivery is late?
    If your delivery is late, please contact our customer support team at (907) 312-7263 or email us at feedmeak@gmail.com. We will provide you with an update and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
  • Can I customize my meals to meet specific macros?
    Yes, and no. Our meals are designed to fit most people's dietary needs. If you have a specific meal plan (4oz chicken, 1/2 c brown rice. 1 c green beans. 1 T olive oil) that you would like, we can direct you to the best option online via email. We are unable to create a meal plan based off of your macros, but we are happy to tweak whatever you need to fit a written-out meal plan.
  • Can I do substitutions?
    Yes, and no. We are happy to sub out vegetables upon request. We are currently working with our meal prep software company to allow for substitutions to be made while ordering. In the meantime, you may leave us a comment on the meal itself or on your entire order. The most common request is 'no broccoli,' in which case we give you a variety of our other vegetables.
