  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, visit our website and browse through our menu. Select the meals you want and add them to your cart. Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout and complete the payment process. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on Thursdays for Sunday delivery or pick-up. If you have any issues, please contact us at feedmeak@gmail.com or (907) 312-7263. We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns.
  • Do I have to order online?
    Yes, all of our systems are automated to calculate ingredients, delivery routes, and pick-up schedules. We ask that all customers place their orders online. If that is not possible due to physical limitations, we would be happy to place an order online for you over the phone.
  • Do I have to have a subscription?
    No, but we highly recommend it. Any order can be placed as a single order or a subscription. Subscriptions can be edited and updated on a weekly basis, paused, or canceled through your customer profile.
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can make changes to your order up until the order cutoff time of 11:59 PM on Thursdays. To make changes, please contact us at feedmeak@gmail.com and be sure to specify which meals you would like to update. We will take it from there!
  • How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, log in to your account and go to your order history. Select the order you want to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Order' button. Please note that cancellations must be made before the order cutoff time of 11:59 PM on Thursdays.
  • Are pick-ups only on Sunday?
    We ask that customers stick within the scheduled pick-up hours of 5pm-8pm Sunday. If that isn't possible (due to travel, work, etc) please email us at feedmeak@gmail.com to schedule a pick-up later in the week. We are committed to accommodating your schedule as best as we can.
  • Do you have any other pick-up locations?
    We have our main location in Anchorage, and a pick-up spot in Fairbanks. We're currently working on getting something set up in Wasilla to serve those in Willow, Big Lake, etc who are outside our delivery area.
  • What are the delivery options available?
    We offer delivery to various locations including Anchorage, JBER, the Eagle River area, and Palmer-Wasilla. Anchorage deliveries may be selected for Sunday afternoon/evening or Monday morning. All other deliveries are completed Sunday afternoon/evening. Delivery times may vary based on volume, weather, and driver availability.   • How much is the delivery fee?
    The delivery fee depends on your location. Within Anchorage, it's $7. For the valley, it's $18-20. We're expanding our delivery areas, so check our website for the latest fees. Delivery times may vary based on volume, weather, and driver availability.
  • What if I'm not home for delivery?
    If you're not home for delivery, our driver will leave your meals in a safe spot at your address. Please ensure there's a secure place for the driver to leave your meals. If you would like to receive a call or text prior to delivery, please request that in the delivery instructions.
  • What if my delivery is delayed?
    If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at (907) 312-7263 or feedmeak@gmail.com. We'll update you and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Can I customize meals for specific macros?
    Yes and no. Our meals fit most dietary needs. If you have a specific meal plan (e.g., 4oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil), we can guide you to the best option via email. We can't create a meal plan based on your macros but can tweak meals to fit a written plan.
  • Can I request meal substitutions?
    Yes, you can request vegetable substitutions. We're working on allowing substitutions during ordering. For now, leave a comment on the meal or your order. Common request: 'no broccoli,' and we'll provide other veggies.
